Role & responsibilities

- Lead and manage the complete marine tendering process from tender identification to submission.

- Review tender documents, BOQ, specifications, drawings, scope of work, and contractual requirements.

- Coordinate with Engineering, Estimation, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams for tender preparation.

- Prepare and review technical and commercial bids, including cost estimates, rate analysis, and pricing strategies.

- Evaluate marine construction methodologies, including dredging, reclamation, marine structures, piling, breakwaters, quay walls, and offshore works.

- Obtain and evaluate quotations from subcontractors, vendors, and marine equipment suppliers.

- Prepare tender queries, deviations, clarifications, and commercial qualifications.





- Conduct risk assessment and contract review and highlight key commercial and contractual risks.

- Ensure timely and accurate submission of tenders in line with client requirements.

- Maintain a database of rates, vendors, subcontractors, marine equipment, and previous project costs.

- Support management in bid strategy, negotiations, and tender presentations.

- Coordinate with the Business Development team for pre-bid activities and client interactions.

- Maintain proper documentation and records of all tender submissions.
