Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Manager / Senior Manager – Marketing, Growth & Business Support to lead marketing strategy, drive business growth, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, campaign execution, agency management, customer acquisition, brand development, and supporting founder-led business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing and growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and manage launch, expansion, and growth campaigns across relevant markets.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and overall brand growth.
- Manage external agencies, designers, influencers, freelancers, and other marketing partners.
- Oversee digital marketing, social media, PR, partnerships, and festival campaigns.
- Ensure consistent brand communication and positioning across all channels.
- Monitor campaign performance, key metrics, and ROI to evaluate effectiveness.
- Conduct market research and identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
- Support partnerships, events, and founder-led projects as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage priorities,



timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop presentations, reports, and business updates for senior management.
- Manage multiple projects independently while ensuring timely and high-quality execution.

Requirements:
- Graduate / Post Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 6–12+ years of relevant experience in marketing, growth, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong experience in digital marketing, campaign management, brand management, and customer acquisition.
- Proven ability to manage agencies, creative partners, influencers, and freelancers.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Creative and strategic thinking with a strong commercial orientation.
- Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently.
- Strong stakeholder-management and cross-functional coordination abilities.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel as required.

Preferred Industry Experience: F&B;, hospitality, D2C, e-commerce, consumer brands, subscriptions, or international markets.

Ability to commute/relocate

- Mumbai, Maharashtra (Mumbai, Mumbai District): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
