- Devise the regions M&E; operations and process improvement strategy
- Build and maintain networks with leading corporate (current & potential clients), property consultants (international and local), architects, etc.
- Keep track of developments and trends impacting DTSS’ interests
- Survey the environment for latest developments and best practices in facility management (service offerings, tools & equipment’s, etc.)
- Evaluate the feasibility of implementing the same in DTSS
- Provide functional guidance to all the regions to ensure standardization of operations and execution practices across the organization
Operational
- Lead the development of SOPs and checklists to assist the Site Operations when initiating work with a new client/site
- Gain approval from the President Operations, Operations and guide the regional operations teams in the initial takeover of the site
- Guide the creation and implementation of a standardized Operations strategy for Site Execution based on client service offering across the organization
- Develop a detailed database / MIS system that can estimate material and communicate the same to relevant departments within DTS
- Working closely with the Sales team for current requirements and business heads and closely monitor operations implementation for key accounts
- Assist the Regional team in the creation of an escalation management system
- Once finalized, ensure communication to all regional clients and track and monitor client escalations and timely resolution of the same from time to time
- Assist in the development of a framework for reporting &
- MIS and regularly track operational efficiency across SBUs
- Coordination with the clients and receive minimum 85% score of CSAT
- Digitization of Checklist, Monitoring & sharing the updates to clients
- Responsible for Site assessments and submission of reports
- Ensuring smooth transition of new sites in M&E; services
