- Proven experience in information security management roles
- In-depth knowledge of information security principles and practices
- Experience in developing and implementing information security policies and procedures
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to information security
- Robust understanding of network security, cryptography, identity and access management, and security architecture
- Experience with security risk assessments and vulnerability management
- Knowledge of security technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, antivirus, and endpoint security
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) are a plus
