We are looking for an experienced Mortgage Legal qualified to handle title diligence, collateral review, legal risk mitigation and mortgage legal matters.

Review & approve title search reports and ensure enforceability of collateral

Strong knowledge of NBFC regulations, RBI guidelines, Transfer of Property & Land Laws

Manage and coordinate with external empanelled advocates/counsels

Draft, review & standardize security and non-standard legal documents

Work closely with Credit, Risk, Operations and Business teams

Identify enforcement risks and resolve legal queries related to title reports

Handle legal MIS, audits, process improvement and stakeholder management

Qualification: LLB from a recognized law school; Admission to the Bar in India is mandatory.
