The role will functionally report to HO Financial Controller and administratively report to Goa Plant Head for plant-level finance, cost control, inventory, CAPEX, compliance, and operational support.

Financial Strategy & Leadership

- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business growth goals. Drive short term and long-term financial planning and value creation initiatives
- Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board on financial and business matters

Budgeting

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling across Organization
- Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights
- Establish robust MIS and dashboard for decision making

Business Finance

- Drive Business Vertical level profitability
- Establish effective credit control process and a strong credit evaluation with focus on accelerating revenue growth and managing accounts receivable effectively.

Operation Finance

- Drive plant-level profitability and operational efficiency
- Oversee product costing, cost control mechanism, and drive cost reduction initiatives.
- Improve inventory management and supply chain costs
- Manage CAPEX program - Conduct post-implementation reviews of approved Capex projects and validate achievement of projected financial benefits and payback.




- Review manufacturing KPIs such as OEE, yield, capacity utilization, machine efficiency, and rejection trends from a financial perspective.
- Drive inventory ageing reviews and recommend actions for liquidation, recycling, reprocessing, or write-off of non-moving inventory along with review of inventory carrying costs

Accounting & Internal Controls

- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting viz; INDAS & IFRS
- Manage audits (internal, statutory and group) and regulatory compliance
- Strengthen internal controls and risk management frameworks. Drive financial & internal control workplace across the Organization by engaging with all stakeholders & functional owners

Treasury & Working Capital

- Effective managing banking relationships
- Manage cash flow and liquidity planning
- Drive working capital improvement initiatives through optimization of inventory, vendor advances, GRIR balances, and plant-related receivables.

Taxation

- Effectively administer the corporate taxation, GST, custom, transfer pricing compliance and tax litigation
- Drive tax strategy across Organization
