Role Description This full-time, on-site Senior Manager / AGM / DGM Legal role is based in Bengaluru with real estate experience. The role involves overseeing all legal matters related to corporate governance, contracts, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements; advising internal stakeholders on legal risks; and ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations. The incumbent will coordinate with external counsel when required, manage legal documentation and records,



and support dispute resolution and litigation strategy. The role also includes developing and updating legal policies, training teams on compliance requirements, and providing proactive guidance to support business decisions.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance relevant to Indian business operations.
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements and legal documents.
- Proven ability to manage legal risk, support dispute resolution, and coordinate with external legal counsel.
- Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex legal issues clearly.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing legal teams or projects at a senior level (Senior Manager / AGM / DGM).
- LLB degree from a recognized institution; LLM or additional legal certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a corporate legal department or law firm, preferably in roles involving executive-level interaction.
- High ethical standards, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
