Roles and Responsibilities:

- Deliver mainframe applications by understanding business flow for MES and Supply Chain domains.

- Perform technical design for application and database components, then implement secure, well-structured code.

- Develop and extend COBOL programs for transactional and batch processing in an IBM z/OS environment.

- Support API enablement and ensure reliable integration of mainframe services.

- Handle incident and problem solving, including root-cause analysis, bug fixing, and workaround implementation.

Skills Required:

- Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar IBM z/OS mainframe development role

- CICS and COBOL development on IBM z/OS

- VSAM and DB2 database development and data handling

- JCL for job control and batch execution in z/OS

- Transactional and batch application development experience

Good to Have

- Mainframe development experience

Education: Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
