Role & responsibilities

- Handle litigation and arbitration matters and coordinate with external advocates.

- Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements, MoUs, NDAs and legal documents.

- Handle legal notices, replies and legal correspondence.

- Ensure timely legal and statutory compliances applicable to the company.

- Provide legal advice to management and various departments.

- Monitor ongoing cases, hearings, deadlines and legal documentation.

- Identify legal risks and recommend appropriate preventive actions.

- Maintain proper records of contracts, cases, notices and compliance documents.

- Provide regular updates to management regarding important legal matters and potential risks.

Preferred candidate profile

- LLB degree mandatory; LLM preferred.

- 3-6 years of relevant experience in corporate/in-house legal or law firm environment.

- Strong knowledge of litigation, arbitration,



contract drafting and legal compliance.

- Excellent drafting, negotiation, communication and documentation skills.

- Positive knowledge of MS Office and legal research.

- Ability to independently manage multiple legal matters and coordinate with advocates.

- Strong knowledge of Indian corporate and commercial laws.

- Knowledge of contract drafting and negotiation.

- Understanding of statutory and regulatory compliance.

- Knowledge of litigation and legal case management..

- Ability to coordinate effectively with advocates and legal consultants.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- High level of integrity and confidentiality.

- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
