About the Role

We are looking for Architects and Interior Designers at Junior and Senior levels to join our design team. The role will involve design development, working drawings, detailing, material coordination and site execution, depending on the candidate's experience and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and assist with architectural and interior design concepts.
- Prepare plans, elevations, sections, layouts and detailed working drawings.
- Prepare construction drawings, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, flooring layouts and joinery details.
- Assist with material selection, finishes, furniture and fixtures.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and vendors.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate design execution.
- Resolve design and technical issues during project execution.
- Prepare presentations, mood boards, material boards and project documentation.
- Coordinate drawing revisions and ensure timely submission of drawings.
- Assist with or review BOQs,



material specifications and project requirements.
- Maintain design quality, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Senior candidates will independently handle projects and guide junior team members.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of SketchUp and other relevant 3D/design software.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings, interior detailing and construction.
- Knowledge of materials, finishes and site execution.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Positive attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.

Preferred Experience Experience in residential, commercial, office, hospitality or healthcare projects will be preferred.

Position: Architect / Interior Designer – Junior / Senior Level Salary: As per experience and skill set.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
