Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust Java-based applications.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to Java developers on coding standards, best practices, and design approaches.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Design and develop scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend services and APIs.
- Develop and maintain microservices and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
- Design and implement event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to software development and coding standards.
- Mentor team members and support their technical growth.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical and production issues.
- Analyze application performance and implement improvements for scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
- Stay current with emerging Java technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, product,



and other engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
