SENIOR JAVA DEVELOPER

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer with 6+ years of experience to design,

develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise web applications. The role involves working across the complete software development lifecycle, ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable applications in line with established development standards and methodologies.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications using Java

technologies.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirement analysis,

design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Support application design and architecture activities as needed
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following established coding standards.
- Perform unit testing of developed code using JUnit and relevant mock frameworks.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best

practices.
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve complex issues identified in development, UAT, and

production environments.
- Perform bug fixing activities and conduct root cause analysis.
- Implement functional and technical enhancements based on business requirements.




- Maintain technical documentation and application specifications.
- Collaborate effectively with project teams to ensure timely delivery of tasks.

Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience
- Education: B.E./B.Tech, B.Sc, M.Sc, MCA, or equivalent

Technical Skills Required
- Java (JDK 8 or above)
- Spring Framework (Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring Security)
- JSF and PrimeFaces
- REST API development and integration
- JPA / Hibernate
- Relational Databases: Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
- Web/Application Servers such as Apache Tomcat
- HTML, CSS, JSF
- Version Control Systems such as Git
- Exposure to frontend frameworks like Angular or React is an added advantage
- Version Control (Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket).
- Understanding of frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn)
