We are looking for a reliable and technically skilled IT Support skilled to provide first-level technical assistance to employees and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and eager to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

Responsibilities·

· Acting as the initial point of contact for all computer and system related concerns from other employees

. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners within company

· Monitoring and maintaining Server, computer systems and networks, CCTV etc

· Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests

· Providing technical support across the company and Customer (this may be in person or over the phone)

· Active Directory user and permission management

· Repairing and replacing IT equipment as necessary

· Testing new hardware

· Training more junior staff members





· Organizing and filing documentation pertaining to warranties and instructional guides for computer hardware

· Maintaining inventory of IT Assets including license files

· Ensuring data backup and recovery of server and other computer systems

· Establishing IT Policies within Organization

· Managing firewall, ensuring IT Security, and maintaining data integrity

· Preparing and maintaining Process Documentation

· Ensuring strong internet and intranet connectivity

· Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by the Manager or Management, as required

Qualifications:

· Diploma in networking, BE / B Tech /MCA/BCA/BSC Comp Sci

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
