OmHRA Pvt Ltd is a Delhi NCR-based IT staffing firm and Tier-1 vendor on a leading MSP platform.

We supply contract talent to a global product company across technology, analytics, design, and operations roles. We are hiring a Senior IT Recruiter who can independently own the full recruitment cycle from requisition kickoff to candidate joining.

This is NOT a volume-and-pray role. Our MSP program evaluates suppliers on candidate quality,responsiveness, and compliance. Every submission you make is scored. If you thrive under that kind of accountability, you'll do well here.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Own 815 active requisitions across tech stacks Software Engineering, QA/Automation, Data

Analytics, Cloud Infrastructure, UX/UI Design, Business Operations

Attend calibration/kickoff calls with hiring managers and MSP contacts translate complex JDs into sourcing strategies and screening checklists

Source via Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Hirist, Instahyre, referrals, and Boolean search — no single-channel dependency

Conduct thorough phone screens — validate technical depth, verify candidates can back up everything on their resume

Collect Right to Represent (RTR) per requisition before every submission

Prepare Candidate Skill Matrix (CSM) documents mapping skills against requirements

Submit candidates through VMS platforms, ensuring profile completeness and compliance

Coordinate interviews, collect post-interview feedback, manage offer-to-joining pipeline

Track submission-to-shortlist ratios, interview conversions, and time-to-fill for every assigned requisition

Maintain daily communication with MSP delivery partners — respond within 2 hours during business hours

MUST HAVE

- 3–7 years of IT recruitment experience in a staffing agency, RPO, or recruitment consultancy
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter — you source your own candidates, not





wait for applies
- Strong Boolean search skills — you build search strings, not just use portal filters
- Ability to read and comprehend JDs across multiple tech domains — QA, DevOps, Cloud,

Analytics, Full-Stack — without needing them "simplified"
- Technical phone screening — you assess skill depth, not just keyword matching
- Experience with VMS/MSP platforms (Magnit, Fieldglass, Beeline, or similar) is a strong

advantage
- Understanding of contract/contingent staffing — RTR documentation, compliance, break-inservice rules
- Strong MS Excel skills — you track your own pipeline, submissions, and conversion data

GOOD TO HAVE:
- Prior experience as a vendor/supplier in an MSP program
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Hirebound, Ceipal, Bullhorn, etc.)
- Experience sourcing for product companies (Adobe, Google, Microsoft, Salesforce, etc.)
- MBA (HR) or relevant certification

- You understand that contingent staffing is a compliance-heavy business — not just resume
