Shift: Night Shift – 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM

About the RoleTalentiva Workforce is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior IT Recruiter to join our US Staffing team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment for the US market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify, attract, and close qualified IT professionals for various client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT staffing requirements.
- Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes and conduct initial screening based on job requirements.
- Conduct candidate interviews and assess technical and communication skills.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and upcoming requirements.
- Work closely with Account Managers and clients to understand job requirements.
- Negotiate offers, manage candidate expectations, and ensure successful closures.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS.




- Follow up consistently with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Meet individual recruitment targets and contribute to overall team goals.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in US IT Staffing/Recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of the US recruitment process and hiring practices.
- Hands-on experience with US IT job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong candidate screening, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of different IT roles, technologies, and job requirements.
- Comfortable working in a night-shift environment aligned with US business hours.

- Solid sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets.
- Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced staffing environment.
