We are looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead and execute interior design projects from concept development to final execution. The candidate will be responsible for creating functional, aesthetic, and client-focused interior solutions while coordinating with architects, site engineers, vendors, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and execution of residential and commercial interior projects.

- Understand client requirements, preferences, lifestyle, and budget.

- Develop concept designs, space planning, furniture layouts, and detailed working drawings.

- Prepare material, colour, furniture, lighting, and finish selections.

- Create and review 3D views, mood boards, presentations, and design proposals.

- Prepare detailed interior drawings and ensure design accuracy.

- Coordinate with architects, site engineers, contractors, and vendors.

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor execution as per approved designs.

- Review measurements and site conditions before finalizing designs.

- Coordinate with vendors for materials, furniture, finishes, and other interior requirements.

- Resolve design and execution-related issues at the site.

- Review quotations and material specifications in coordination with the concerned teams.

- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely completion of design deliverables.





- Guide and mentor Junior Interior Designers and other team members.

- Ensure the final execution meets the approved design, quality, and client expectations.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of space planning and interior design principles

- AutoCAD

- SketchUp / 3D Max / Revit

- V-Ray / Enscape / Lumion or similar rendering software

- Photoshop and presentation tools

- Knowledge of furniture, lighting, materials, finishes, and construction details

- Strong knowledge of residential interiors

- Good understanding of site execution

- Excellent communication and coordination skills

- Robust client-handling and presentation skills

Eligibility

- Qualification: B.Des / B.Arch / Diploma in Interior Design or related qualification.

- Experience: 4–8 years in Interior Design.

- Experience in residential construction and turnkey interior projects will be preferred.

- Candidates should have a strong portfolio demonstrating completed projects.
