We’re expanding our team and looking for a creative, passionate, and detail-oriented Senior Interior Designer who can bring innovative ideas, technical expertise, and strong execution skills to our projects.

Company Description Interio Metrics is an interior design practice founded on the principle that design is complete only when it is fully engineered. The team focuses on creating technically sound, future-ready spaces rather than simply decorating interiors. Every project starts with meticulous on-site measurements, chart-based assessments, and structural readings to eliminate guesswork and minimize rework.

This engineering-led approach ensures that each interior is customized for the individual and that spaces both look right and function correctly over time. Clients benefit from clear processes and reliable outcomes that align aesthetics with performance.

Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead end-to-end design projects, from concept development to final execution, for residential and commercial spaces in Gurugram. This full-time, on-site role involves conducting detailed site assessments, collaborating with architects and contractors, and translating client requirements into functional, engineered interior solutions. Daily responsibilities include developing space plans, producing and reviewing construction drawings, selecting FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards.





The Senior Interior

Designer will oversee project coordination, manage timelines and budgets, guide junior team members, and maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders throughout each phase of the project.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in Interior Design and Architecture, with the ability to integrate aesthetics and engineering-led solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Space Planning to optimize layouts for function, flow, and future adaptability.
- Hands-on experience creating and reviewing Construction Drawings, including technical details and coordination with structural and MEP teams.
- Knowledge of FF&E; selection and specification, including materials, finishes, and product sourcing aligned with project standards and budgets.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations.
- Proven track record managing interior projects from concept to completion, including vendor coordination and site supervision.
- Solid communication, client-facing, and presentation skills,



with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and conduct detailed measurements, assessments, and design reviews at project locations.
