Gopalan Enterprises is looking for a highly creative, experienced, and detail-oriented Senior Interior Designer to join our residential interiors team in Bengaluru.

About the RoleThe Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for developing high-quality residential interior concepts and managing the design process from concept development through execution.

The ideal candidate should have strong design sensibility, technical knowledge, material expertise, and hands-on experience in residential interior projects.

Key Responsibilities? Develop cutting-edge and functional interior concepts for premium residential projects.

? Prepare space planning, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, flooring layouts, elevations, and detailed working drawings.

? Design and detail living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, dining areas, bathrooms, wardrobes, and other residential spaces.

? Develop mood boards, material boards, design presentations, and 3D concepts.

? Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, fixtures, and accessories.

? Prepare, review, and coordinate construction and working drawings.

? Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.

? Conduct regular site visits and ensure execution matches approved designs and specifications.





? Resolve design and execution-related challenges at site.

? Monitor quality, workmanship, and finishing standards.

? Manage projects from concept to completion while maintaining timelines and design quality.

Candidate Profile✔️ 5–7 years of relevant experience in residential interior design and execution

✔️ Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline

✔️ Strong portfolio showcasing luxury homes, villas, premium apartments, or high-end residences

✔️ Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and interior detailing

✔️ Strong proficiency in AutoCAD

✔️ Knowledge of SketchUp / 3D Max / Revit will be an added advantage

✔️ Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills

✔️ Ability to independently handle projects and work with multiple stakeholders
