We are looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer / Design Department Head to lead our design and production team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare accurate project estimates and cost sheets.
- Prepare detailed production and working drawings.
- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs and material specifications.
- Coordinate with sales, production, procurement and site teams.
- Supervise project sites and ensure execution matches approved drawings.
- Check site measurements, materials, finishes and installation quality.
- Lead, guide and monitor the design and production team.
- Resolve technical and execution-related issues.
- Manage project timelines, documentation and drawing revisions.
- Report project progress and requirements to management.

Required Skills:





- Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design, furniture design or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of estimation, production drawings and BOQ preparation.
- Proven experience in site supervision and project coordination.
- Ability to lead and manage a design or production department.
- Positive knowledge of interior materials, hardware, finishes and installation methods.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit or similar software.
- Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field is preferred
