About the Role

Studio Ridgeline is looking for a creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead the design and execution of luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sensibility, excellent technical knowledge, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion while coordinating with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end interior design projects from concept development to final execution.

Prepare space planning, mood boards, concept presentations, and material palettes.

Develop detailed working drawings, construction drawings, and technical documentation.

Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams.

Conduct client meetings and present design concepts professionally.

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Supervise site execution and ensure design intent is maintained.

Review shop drawings, BOQs, material specifications, and vendor submissions.

Mentor and guide junior designers.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes.
