Role Description The Senior Interior Design Sales role at bludesign is a full-time, in office position based in Noida. This role involves meeting clients to understand their needs, presenting interior design concepts, and recommending furniture and space planning solutions that align with budget and aesthetic preferences. The individual will prepare proposals, quotations, and design presentations, and follow up with prospects to close sales while maintaining strong client relationships.
Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with the design and execution teams, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring high-quality delivery of interior solutions. The role also includes maintaining showroom standards, staying updated on design trends and product offerings, and contributing to sales targets and overall business growth.
Qualifications
- Robust sales skills, with a track record in consultative selling and closing deals in interior design or related industries.
- Proficiency in interior design principles, including space planning and furniture selection.
- Excellent customer service abilities, with experience managing client expectations and building long-term relationships.
- Ability to translate client requirements into practical design and sales solutions, balancing aesthetics, functionality, and budget.
- Relevant experience in interior design showrooms, design studios, or architectural firms; senior-level sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfort working on-site in Noida and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
- Formal education in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
- Basic proficiency with design visualization tools and MS Office; knowledge of CAD or similar software is a plus.
