About the Role

We are looking for a performance marketing professional to join our Growth & Strategy Team. The role will focus on auditing performance marketing accounts, identifying growth opportunities, developing actionable strategies, and helping brands improve their overall marketing performance.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical thinking, hands-on experience across multiple industries, and the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth audits of performance marketing accounts across Shopify, CRM, Meta, Google Ads and other relevant platforms.
- Analyse campaign structure, targeting, budgets, creatives, keywords, audiences, tracking, attribution, and overall account performance.
- Identify performance gaps, growth opportunities, and optimisation areas across the marketing funnel.
- Develop data-backed strategies and actionable recommendations to improve leads, conversions, CAC, ROAS, and overall account efficiency.
- Build and evaluate performance benchmarks and KPIs across different industries.




- Work closely with account management and performance teams to translate audit findings into actionable execution plans.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
- Develop and improve SOPs, audit frameworks, templates, and internal processes for the Growth Team.
- Present audit findings and strategic recommendations clearly to internal teams and clients.
- Continuously stay updated with changes in Meta, Google Ads, tracking, attribution, AI-driven advertising, and performance marketing trends.

Required Skills & Experience
- Robust experience in Performance Marketing, preferably across both Meta and Google Ads.
- Experience in conducting performance marketing ad account audits.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify the "why" behind performance trends.
