We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to own the Kolhapur region and lead from the front. This is not a desk job — you will drive sales on the buyer side, negotiate with sellers, close high-value deals, and manage a small team including our campaign manager. You will travel across India to build markets, create rapport with traders, distributors, and MSMEs, and put Ekam Invento on the map in every industrial cluster you visit. Key Responsibilities

Sales & Deal Closure Own the complete sales cycle on the buyer side — from first contact to payment and dispatch Identify, pitch,



and convert B2 B buyers for surplus industrial inventory lots Close big-ticket deals independently, with full ownership of pricing and margins Negotiate with sellers to acquire surplus stock on the best possible terms
Team Leadership Lead and mentor the regional sales team, setting weekly targets and reviewing performance Guide and direct the Campaign Manager — align outreach campaigns (Whats App, calling, field visits) with live inventory and sales priorities Build a culture of follow-up, accountability, and closure within the team
Market Development (Pan-India) Travel across India to industrial hubs, markets, and trade clusters to develop current business Build lasting rapport with traders, distributors, stockists, and MSME owners Represent Ekam Invento at markets, industry meets, and client sites Map new territories, identify demand pockets, and open current buyer/seller networks
Reporting & Coordination Maintain a clean pipeline: leads, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures Report
