As a Section Head FCP & Dispatch, you will be responsible for Ensuring FIFO based picking, packing & dispatches of spare parts (Standard orders & VOR’s) to fulfil market demand with optimum utilization of resources along with operation excellence activities like TPM.A purpose driven role for you
Your key reponsibilities will include, but not limited to: 1. Enabling Revenue growth by achieving Monthly & Daily despatch & Picking targets. Utilisation of existing capacities to increase the Picking, Scanning & Despatch output to meet the customer requirement for all current, non-current & Recent Model SKU’s. Improving Profitability by providing customer perceived Value thru leveraging LEAP & FI initiatives to increase Agility & reduce total product cost2. Strengthening brands by improvement in quality - warranty claim reduction, improving fits, finishes, feel , durability & sustaining existing performance/Industry benchmarks .Spares timely delivery 100% service ratio3.



Strengthening employee engagement thru people development by promoting team work culture, competency development & Skill enhancement creating subject matter experts and Zero Plastic,3R strategy Implementation and Green Packaging4. Effectively build & operationalize robust innovation promotion framework to leverage the idea generation aiming to achieve desired activity level & impact.5. Ensure manpower management for effective functioning of FCP & Dispatch area.A Day in the life

B.Tech./ B.E with Mechanical engineering, Total -9 ~12 yearWith Minimum: 7 Years’ experience in Spare Parts Business. Exposure to companywide process approach – 2 YearsTechnical Skills/Knowledge
Analytical Ability,SAP, WMS & MS off
