We are seeking a highly experienced Manager - Safety with real estate exposure to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 plus years of experience in safety management, with a strong background in real estate industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures for real estate projects
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations
- Provide safety training to employees and contractors
- Investigate and report on any safety incidents or accidents
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
- Minimum of 10 plus years of experience in safety management
- Experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
