We're Hiring: Academic Counsellor (Telecaller)Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid / Office-Based)Experience: 1–3 Years CTC: ₹4.0 – ₹5 LPAWorking Days: Monday to Friday Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Preferred A leading digital learning and education-focused organization is looking for enthusiastic Academic Counsellors to guide prospective learners through online certification and executive education programmes. Key Responsibilities:• Conduct 80–100 outbound calls daily to warm leads• Counsel prospective learners and understand their career goals• Explain programme features, curriculum, certifications, and learning outcomes• Follow up via calls, Whats App, and email to drive enrolments• Achieve monthly enrolment and revenue targets• Maintain accurate CRM records and lead tracking• Handle learner queries and objections professionally• Coordinate with internal teams for webinars, demos,
