About the Role Experience: 5-10 years of working experience in sales, within the Packaging Industry. Experience in plastic industry is preferred. Proven experience in managing business of at least a 100 Cr. Fluent written and spoken English, any other language skills would be an asset. Responsibilities: · Strategic Market Expansion: Execute sales plans to enhance market presence and drive sales across PVC film, PET film, and Custom Thermoforming segments. Develop new market channels and optimize opportunities for custom thermoforming solutions in packaging converters, medical,



and electronics industries Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and acquire new clients in emerging markets for Fresh Produce (fruits and vegetables) and Food Packaging. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Industry Insight & Innovation: Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and emerging developments in plastic packaging. Sales Forecasting & Goal Attainment: Provide accurate sales forecasts and set ambitious yet achievable targets. Implement strategies to ensure consistent attainment of sales targets and revenue goals. Lead Generation & New Business Acquisition: Actively generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups to convert into current business opportunities.
