The company renovates and flips distressed properties into modern, high-quality homes, and manages a portfolio of 16–17 short-term rentals listed on major platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Bonvoy Marriott, and Vrbo.

XLNC Exotic oversees end-to-end rental operations, including guest experience, maintenance, pricing, and occupancy management. An in-house legal team ensures full property-related compliance, contracts, documentation, permits, and regulatory adherence, while XLNC Cars provides well-maintained vehicles for short and long-term rentals.

Role Description The Senior Interior Designer (Autodesk Revit – Expert) will lead interior design projects for XLNC Exotic’s real estate and hospitality portfolio, focusing on high-quality, functional, and aesthetic spaces. This full-time, on-site role based in Jalandhar involves developing design concepts, space plans, and construction drawings using Autodesk Revit, coordinating with architecture and construction teams, and selecting FF&E; (furnishings, fixtures, and equipment) aligned with project standards and budgets.

The role includes site visits, collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, reviewing contractor work, and ensuring design intent is executed accurately and safely.

Designer will also mentor junior designers, maintain design documentation, and support continuous improvement of design processes and standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Interior Design and Space Planning skills to create functional, aesthetically pleasing layouts for residential and hospitality projects.
- Candidates should possess solid Architecture and Construction Drawings skills, with expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit for detailed plans, sections, elevations, and documentation.
- Candidates should possess FF&E; skills, including selection, specification, and coordination of furnishings, fixtures, and equipment that meet design, durability, and budget requirements.
- Relevant experience in residential renovation, hospitality design, or mixed-use developments, preferably in a senior or lead designer capacity.
- Proficiency in design visualization tools (e.g., 3D rendering software), and familiarity with building codes, materials, and construction methods.
- Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; professional certifications or portfolio demonstrating Revit expertise are highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Jalandhar, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines while maintaining high design standards.
