- Job Summary
- Dica An Deco Interiors is looking for an experienced and creative Senior Interior Designer with 5+ years of experience in residential interiors. The candidate should have strong knowledge of space planning, interior design, technical drawings, 3D visualization, materials and site execution.

- The ideal candidate must be capable of independently managing projects from concept development to final execution, coordinating with clients, vendors, contractors and site teams.

- Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements, lifestyle, budget and design preferences.

- - Develop creative and functional interior design concepts.

- - Prepare space planning, furniture layouts, mood boards and design presentations.

- - Prepare detailed working and execution drawings.

- - Prepare furniture, ceiling, electrical, flooring and wall elevation drawings.

- - Prepare detailed kitchen, wardrobe, modular furniture and joinery drawings.

- - Create 3D models, renders and presentations.

- - Select appropriate materials, finishes, colours, hardware, lighting and furniture.

- - Conduct site visits and verify measurements and site conditions.

- - Coordinate with clients, contractors, carpenters, vendors and site execution teams.

- - Resolve design and execution-related issues at site.

- - Coordinate design revisions and ensure client requirements are incorporated.

- - Monitor execution quality and ensure work follows approved drawings and designs.

- - Manage multiple projects and meet project deadlines.

- - Take complete ownership of assigned projects from Design Drawings Client Coordination Site Execution.

- Required Skills
- - 5+ years of relevant experience in Interior Design.

- - Strong experience in Residential Interior Design.





- - Commercial interior experience will be an added advantage.

- - Strong knowledge of space planning and interior detailing.

- - Good understanding of furniture, modular kitchens, wardrobes and joinery.

- - Strong knowledge of interior materials, laminates, veneers, acrylic, glass, hardware, lighting and finishes.

- - Good understanding of interior construction and site execution.

- - Ability to independently prepare technical and working drawings.

- - Strong client communication and presentation skills.

- - Good vendor, contractor and site-team coordination skills.

- - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- - Ability to independently manage projects and meet deadlines.

- - Strong design sense and attention to detail.

- Software Skills – Mandatory

- - AutoCAD – Robust proficiency

- - SketchUp – Robust proficiency

- - V-Ray / Enscape / Lumion – Working knowledge

- - Photoshop – Working knowledge

- - MS Office / PowerPoint
- Candidates with strong technical drawing, 3D visualization and execution knowledge will be preferred.
