1. To drive productivity, efficiency, capacity utilization and cost optimization across garment manufacturing operations through effective IE systems, work-study, line balancing and process improvement.
2. Drive line balancing, capacity planning, production layouts and manpower allocation to achieve optimal line efficiency.
3. Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, waste elimination and capacity enhancement across manufacturing operations.
4. Work closely with Production, Planning, Quality and Technical teams to improve workflow and ensure achievement of production targets.
5. Conduct Time & Motion Studies, SAM/SMA analysis and method studies to improve productivity and optimize manpower.
