Role Description The Senior Implementation Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for leading end-to-end implementation of Compport’s compensation solutions for enterprise clients. This role includes gathering and analyzing client requirements, translating them into solution designs, configuring the platform, and overseeing project implementation timelines and milestones. The consultant works closely with client stakeholders to run workshops, validate functionality, manage user acceptance testing, and ensure smooth go-live and post-implementation support.





Day-to-day responsibilities involve coordinating cross-functional teams, preparing documentation, conducting training sessions for HR and business users, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance solution adoption and value. The role also requires building robust consulting relationships, providing insights on compensation best practices, and contributing to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret compensation data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Consulting skills to lead client workshops, gather requirements, advise on compensation processes, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Candidates should possess Software Implementation and Project Implementation skills to configure SaaS solutions, manage project plans, and ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, deliver training, and create clear documentation.
- Experience implementing HR or compensation technology platforms, especially in SaaS environments, is beneficial.
- Knowledge of compensation structures, pay equity concepts, and HR processes is an advantage.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, HR, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a fast-paced, client-focused environment is important.
