Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Senior HVAC Technician to join AGR SAI HVAC. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in installation, troubleshooting, servicing, repair, and preventive maintenance of HVAC and air-conditioning systems.

The candidate will be responsible for independently handling service calls, diagnosing technical issues, leading on-site work, and ensuring high-quality and timely completion of HVAC projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, service, repair, and maintain various HVAC and air-conditioning systems.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and control-related issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance.
- Handle refrigerant charging, recovery, leak detection, and system pressure testing.
- Troubleshoot compressors, condensers, evaporators, motors, thermostats, control panels, and related components.
- Read and understand HVAC drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Lead and supervise junior HVAC technicians and helpers at job sites.
- Ensure installations and repairs meet company quality and safety standards.
- Communicate professionally with customers and explain technical issues and required repairs.
- Maintain service reports, job records, and equipment-related documentation.
- Identify spare-parts requirements and coordinate with the team for timely completion of jobs.




- Follow all workplace safety procedures and proper HVAC handling practices.

Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on HVAC experience.
- Strong knowledge of air-conditioning and refrigeration systems.
- Experience with installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Good understanding of electrical and refrigeration systems.
- Ability to independently diagnose and resolve technical problems.
- Ability to lead technicians and helpers on-site.
- ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, HVAC, Electrical, or a related field is preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
- Valid driving licence is an advantage.
