HR Documentation & Policy Implementation

Solid Communication & Interpersonal Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline

4–7 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist / Recruitment

Strong knowledge of Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Hands-on experience in Payroll, PF, ESIC & Labour Law Compliance

Good knowledge of HR Policies, Documentation & Employee Records

Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS/ERP & MIS Reporting

Strong Communication, Interpersonal, Coordination & Problem-Solving Skills

Ability to manage Employee Engagement & Performance Management

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple HR activities simultaneously
