As we continue to grow our onshore and offshore teams, we are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead talent acquisition and support our overall HR operations.

Role Overview

- The HR Manager will primarily lead end-to-end recruitment across onshore and offshore markets, while managing key HR functions across the employee lifecycle.
- The role will focus on attracting and hiring high-quality talent across technology, data, AI/ML, engineering, consulting, and business functions, working closely with leadership and hiring managers to meet current and future workforce requirements.
- This is a full-time hybrid role based in the Greater Kolkata Area.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end onshore and offshore recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

- Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand staffing and project requirements.
- Source talent across AI/ML, data engineering, cloud, DevOps, analytics, software engineering, consulting, and other technology roles.




- Build strong talent pipelines for niche and high-demand skill sets.

- Manage hiring for full-time, contract, project-based, and client-specific requirements.
- Coordinate technical, managerial, client, and leadership interview rounds.
- Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives across domestic and international talent markets.

HR Management

- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, performance management, and employee relations.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and processes aligned with organizational and regulatory requirements.

- Drive employee engagement, retention, learning and development, and culture-building initiatives.
- Partner with management on workforce planning and people-related decisions.

Qualifications

- Strong experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably within IT services, technology, data, AI/ML, consulting, or staffing organizations.
- Experience managing onshore and offshore hiring is strongly preferred.

- Solid communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with leadership, hiring managers, candidates, clients, and recruitment partners.
- Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
