Role Description The Senior Human Resources Manager role at Ratnapprabbha Motors is a full-time, on-site position based in Aurangabad Taluka. This role is responsible for leading HR strategy and operations, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement across multiple locations in the Marathwada region.

The Senior HR Manager will oversee performance management, learning and development initiatives, and succession planning to support organizational growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing HR policies and processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards, handling employee relations and grievance resolution, and partnering with leadership on organizational culture and change management.



The role also involves monitoring HR metrics, optimizing HR systems, and driving continuous improvement in HR practices to support both employees and business goals.
