We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of relevant experience and will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, supporting employee life cycle activities, and ensuring compliance with statutory and company HR policies.

Qualification

Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in HR Operations

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or an equivalent Masters degree

Location: Perungudi, Chennai

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle processes
- Handle onboarding, induction, documentation and employee exits
- Manage attendance, leave and HRMS-related activities




- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely resolution of employee queries
- Handle employee grievances and support employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with applicable HR policies and statutory requirements
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Support recruitment, manpower planning and coordination with hiring managers
- Drive HR processes and initiatives to improve employee experience and operational efficiency
