Partner with business leaders to drive people strategy

Manage performance, employee relations, and talent development

Lead recruitment and onboarding initiatives

Drive employee engagement, rewards & recognition programs

Support workforce planning, succession planning, and HR analytics

Ensure HR compliance and HRIS data accuracy
