Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic Senior HR Professional to join our Head Office leadership team. You will lead end-to-end HR operations, drive recruitment strategies for office and field roles, build performance management systems, and strengthen our corporate culture as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Hiring: Source, interview, and onboard talent across management, operations, fleet teams, and ground staff.

HR Operations & Compliance: Manage day-to-day HR administrative duties, attendance systems, employee documentation, and ensure labor compliance.

Performance Management: Design and implement KPI structures, quarterly appraisals, and performance review systems.

Employee Relations & Culture:



Handle employee grievances, conduct engagement activities, and build a positive, productive work environment.

Payroll & Policy Development: Oversee payroll processing, leave management, and draft internal HR policies aligned with company growth.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: 4 to 7 years of hands-on HR experience (prior experience in startups, EV, logistics, mobility, or automotive retail is a major plus).

Education: MBA or Master’s degree in Human Resources / Personnel Management preferred.

Key Skills: Solid communication, conflict resolution, labor law compliance, and proficiency with HRMS tools.

Mindset: Proactive problem solver with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
