Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles, including bulk hiring and lateral hiring.

- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the market.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop job descriptions.

Job Requirements :

- 2-4 years of experience in HR or Recruitment role, preferably in BPO/IT industry.

- Robust expertise in sales hiring, sales recruitment, volume hiring, and talent acquisition.

- Proven track record of successful end-to-end recruitment processes with high accuracy rates.
