Space Micro Devices Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager / HR Lead to build and scale our people function as we grow.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end HR strategy — hiring, onboarding, performance management, and retention
- Building HR policies, processes, and compliance frameworks suited to a growing manufacturing/distribution business
- Employee engagement, culture-building, and grievance resolution
- Payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and HR MIS/reporting
- Partnering directly with the management and leadership team on org design and workforce planning

What we're looking for:

- 3-5 years of experience leading HR for a mid-size company (manufacturing, electronics, or industrial sector experience is a plus)
- Hands-on with recruitment, HRIS/payroll tools, and policy design
- Excellent people skills — someone who can be a trusted point of contact for both leadership and staff
- Based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad (in office role)
