We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented skilled with 5+ years of experience in HR operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for independently managing HR operations and documentation from scratch in a start up environment
Ability & flexibility to work hands-on in an unstructured environment, proactive in establishing processes, SOPs and proficiency in hiring, payroll & people management is critical for the role
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Recruitment: across all functions including interview process, offer & appointment/confirmation letters. Speed & follow through are critical
2. Attendance, Payroll & Salary preparation on excel and handling employee queries related to attendance, salary, OT etc
3. Employee TA/DA checks, tracker & approvals as per policy
4. Performance tracking,
review & system for employee
5. Attendance exceptions and field start-time discipline daily, to line managers.
6. Provide statutory data to our labour, EPF/ESI consultant, and custody of contract-labour compliance documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Experience in above mentioned areas for min 5-7 years
2. Should have handled payroll processing, recruitment, EPF/ESI compliance related work
3. Should have good command on advanced excel for payroll & expense processing as well as software based reporting
4. Strong expertise in hiring across levels and people management
1. You are willing to travel to our Kalapipal plant and Bhopal office once a month each.
2. MBA (HR) as educational qualification is required
3. Good communication skill in spoken & written English and Hindi language
