Senior HR Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist to independently manage a broad range of HR functions. This role is pivotal in driving recruitment, crafting HR policies, and leading employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments - specifically within the Quick Commerce or E Commerce sectors - and is adept at partnering with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals.

Location: Mumbai/ Bangalore (6 day work week)

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across diverse functions and seniority levels.

Collaborate with senior management to define manpower needs and execute tailored hiring strategies.

Oversee sourcing, screening, and interviewing to ensure a high-qualitycandidate experience.

Lead hiring efforts for both corporate headquarters and operational/business units.

Monitor recruitment KPIs, including Time-to-Hire TAT and closure rates.

Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and recurring business roles.

HR Generalist & Employee Lifecycle

Oversee the entire employee journey: onboarding, induction, transfers, confirmations, promotions, and offboarding.

Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and key business stakeholders.





Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, workplace procedures, and benefits.

Design and execute impactful employee engagement and retention programs.

Facilitate performance management cycles, including appraisals and talent development.

Policy Creation & Implementation

Author, review, and deploy HR policies, processes, and SOPs that reflect business needs.

Champion the adoption of current policies through effective internal communication.

Continuously audit HR workflows to improve efficiency and the overall employee experience.

Ensure all HR practices comply with statutory regulations and organizational standards.

HR Operations & Compliance

Maintain accurate HR documentation, records, and Management Information Systems MIS .

Ensure the timely execution of all employee lifecycle administrative tasks.

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure full adherence to labor laws and statutory requirements.

Leverage HR dashboards and data analytics to provide actionable insights to management.

Business Partnering - Partner with co-founders to resolve workforce challenges and identify talent gaps.
