Role Description The Senior Implementation Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for leading end-to-end implementation of Compport’s compensation solutions for enterprise clients. This role oversees project scoping, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment, ensuring that implementations align with client business needs and best practices.

The Senior Implementation

Manager will collaborate closely with product, engineering, customer success, and HR stakeholders to translate complex compensation policies into scalable system configurations. Daily activities include managing project plans and timelines,



facilitating client workshops, overseeing data migrations, coordinating user acceptance testing, and supporting go-live and post-implementation stabilization. The role also involves mentoring junior team members, optimizing implementation methodologies, and continuously improving processes to drive client satisfaction and adoption.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid project and implementation management skills, including project planning, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation.
- Candidates should possess solution design and configuration skills, with the ability to translate compensation policies and HR processes into system workflows.
- Candidates should possess data and analytical skills, including comfort with data migration, validation, reporting, and interpreting compensation and HR analytics.
- Candidates should possess client-facing and communication skills, with experience leading workshops, conducting training, and presenting complex concepts clearly.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving and process optimization skills to improve implementation methodologies and drive operational efficiency.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Engineering, or a related field, and experience with SaaS or HR technology implementations are beneficial.
- Knowledge of compensation management, total rewards, or HR operations, and prior experience working with enterprise clients in a fast-paced environment is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, mentor team members, and take ownership of outcomes in an on-site, collaborative setting is preferred.
