About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with strong real estate branding experience to join our creative team.

The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in CorelDRAW, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, with strong experience creating branding and marketing collateral for real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create creative concepts and designs for real estate projects, developers, and property campaigns.
- Design brochures, project profiles, hoardings, flyers, catalogues, corporate profiles, sales collateral, and digital creatives.
- Develop brand identities, logos, visual systems, and brand guidelines.
- Create designs for property launches, campaigns, events, site branding, and outdoor advertising.
- Prepare accurate print-ready artwork and coordinate with production teams.
- Work on layouts for floor plans, amenities, project information, and location maps.
- Collaborate with creative,



strategy, and client servicing teams to execute projects.
- Use AI tools for creative ideation and visual development.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in graphic design.
- Real estate industry experience is mandatory.
- Strong portfolio showcasing real estate branding and marketing work.
- Excellent knowledge of CorelDRAW, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Robust understanding of typography, colour, layout, branding, and visual communication.
- Experience with brochures, packaging, hoardings, print collateral, and outdoor advertising.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
