We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can lead creative quality, think strategically, and create impactful visual communication while embracing modern AI-powered design workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor the graphic design team.
- Develop creative concepts for branding, campaigns, and digital marketing.
- Translate business objectives into compelling visual solutions.
- Maintain brand consistency across client and internal projects.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and strategy teams.
- Research industries, competitors, and design trends.
- Integrate AI tools to enhance creative speed and quality.

What We're Looking For

- 3–4 years of graphic design experience (agency experience preferred).
- Strong expertise in typography, branding, composition,



and colour theory.
- Ability to independently develop creative directions and present design rationale.
- Experience mentoring designers is an advantage.
- Curiosity for AI-assisted creative workflows without compromising design quality.
