Digital Matrix Innovations is a marketing and creative agency based in Jail Road, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi. We work with multiple brands across branding, social media, digital marketing, advertising, and creative communication.

We are looking for a highly creative and visually mature Senior Graphic Designer who understands that good design is not just about making something look attractive — it should communicate the right idea, emotion, and brand personality.

The ideal candidate should have strong creative judgement, excellent typography skills, and the ability to develop designs that speak for themselves.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality visual concepts for branding, social media, advertising, campaigns, and digital communication.
- Design logos, brand identities, social media posts, campaign creatives, brochures, presentations, banners, and other marketing materials.
- Develop visual direction and creative tonality for different brands.
- Translate briefs and business requirements into strong creative concepts.
- Maintain consistency across typography, colour, layout, imagery, and overall brand language.
- Create and refine logo concepts, brand marks, typography systems, and visual identity elements.
- Take ownership of design projects from initial concept to final execution.
- Review and improve creatives before they are shared with clients.
- Work closely with social media, marketing, content, and video teams.
- Guide junior designers and provide constructive creative feedback when required.
- Manage multiple client projects while maintaining quality and consistency.

What We Are Looking For





- 3–4 years of relevant professional graphic design experience.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality branding and creative work.
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of typography, font pairing, hierarchy, spacing, grid systems, composition, colour theory, and visual balance.
- Good taste in contemporary design, branding, and visual communication.
- Strong ability to create logos and brand identities, not just social media templates.
- Ability to understand and develop different brand tonalities — premium, minimal, youthful, corporate, luxury, playful, bold, etc.
- Solid concept development and creative thinking.
- Ability to justify design decisions rather than designing purely by preference.
- Good understanding of social media design formats and advertising creatives.
- Ability to take feedback positively while also confidently presenting and defending strong creative ideas.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies that others may miss.
- Ability to work independently and take creative ownership.
- Comfortable working across multiple brands in a fast-paced agency environment.

- Basic After Effects knowledge - advantage




- Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools such as Adobe Firefly and similar platforms is an advantage.

Portfolio Requirement A strong portfolio is mandatory. We are particularly interested in seeing:

- Logo and identity projects
- Brand development
- Typography-based work
- Social media campaigns
- Advertising creatives
- Packaging or print design, if available
- Before/after or concept-development examples

Who Will Fit This Role Best We are not looking for someone who simply knows Photoshop or can reproduce references.

We want a designer with visual taste and creative judgement someone who knows when a design feels premium, when typography is wrong, when a layout needs breathing space, and when a concept needs to be simplified rather than decorated.

The final design should be able to communicate the idea even before someone explains it.

For this senior position, I’d also make one hiring filter mandatory: do not shortlist based only on CV experience. Review the portfolio first. A designer with four years of experience but weak typography and repetitive template-based work would not be a good fit for this role.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
