Role Description The Senior Graphic Designer will work on-site in Bhubaneswar in a full time capacity, leading the creation of high-quality visual assets for digital campaigns, product video ads, social media, and brand communications. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing concepts, designing graphics and layouts, refining brand identity elements, and ensuring consistency across all visual touchpoints.

The role involves collaborating with marketing, content, and development teams to translate strategic briefs into compelling designs and motion-ready assets.

The Senior Graphic

Designer will review and mentor junior designers, maintain brand guidelines, prepare files for production, and contribute ideas to enhance overall visual storytelling and user engagement.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Graphics and Graphic Design,



including composition, color theory, and layout for digital and print media.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, with experience building and maintaining cohesive visual identities.
- Solid command of Typography, with the ability to select and pair typefaces for readability, hierarchy, and brand personality.
- Advanced skills in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and preferably After Effects or similar motion tools).
- Demonstrated portfolio showcasing creative concepts, brand work, and multi-platform designs for campaigns or products.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in digital marketing or agency environments, familiarity with social media formats, and understanding of UI/UX basics are beneficial.
