? CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS

✅ Accessibility-aware frontend development

✅ Frontend & application performance optimization

✅ REST API design & lifecycle management — versioning, pagination, rate limiting and security best practices

✅ Relational data modeling and MySQL — schema migrations, complex query optimization and data integrity

✅ JavaScript & CSS





✅ Asynchronous request handling and partial page updates

✅ AWS OR Azure OR GCP — hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform

✅ Docker & CI/CD pipelines

✅ Git

✅ Test-Driven Development (TDD) & acceptance testing

✅ Technical leadership / mentoring experience

✅ Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts

✅ Strong ownership, quality and attention to detail

✅ Upper-Intermediate English

? WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Design, develop and maintain robust, scalable full stack applications
- Build high-performance Golang microservices
- Develop modern React and TypeScript interfaces
- Design secure, scalable REST APIs
- Optimize MySQL queries, indexing, schema migrations and data integrity
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across frontend, backend and database layers
- Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, accessible frontend experiences
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Drive architecture and technical strategy




- Build reusable components, libraries and frameworks
- Participate in rigorous peer code reviews
- Explain complex technical concepts clearly to developers
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX designers and global engineering teams

- AWS services such as SQS, S3, Parameter Store, RDS, ECS, ElastiCache and ALB
- Redis or other caching technologies
- PHP backend development
- TypeScript-based backend services
