Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vadodara for a Senior Graphic Designer. The individual will take ownership of the brand's visual identity across digital, print, and social media platforms, leading the creation of high-quality design assets that reflect the brand's creative and aesthetic standards. Daily activities include designing marketing collateral, social media creatives, lookbooks, packaging, and campaign visuals, while collaborating closely with the design and marketing teams.

The candidate will also mentor junior designers, manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, and ensure all visual output aligns with brand guidelines and the Director's creative vision.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the creation of visual content across digital, print, and social media platforms
- Design marketing collateral, social media creatives, lookbooks,



packaging, and campaign visuals
- Translate creative briefs and brand direction into polished, on-brand design output
- Collaborate closely with the design and marketing teams to align visuals with collection launches and campaigns
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Mentor and guide junior designers on the team
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, and visual style across all platforms
- Stay current with design trends and bring fresh creative direction to campaigns

Requirements

- Proven experience in graphic design, preferably with brand or creative agency exposure
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, layout design, and visual storytelling
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of After Effects or Canva is a plus
- Experience designing for both digital (social media, web) and print (packaging, lookbooks, catalogs) formats
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and current design trends
- Ability to translate creative briefs into polished, on-brand visual output




- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field
- Previous experience in the fashion, apparel, or luxury/lifestyle industry is a plus
- Prior experience mentoring or leading junior designers preferred
