About the Role

TaskNera is seeking a Senior Fund Manager to set up, launch, and manage our Multi-Asset Portfolio Management Scheme (PMS) function catering to HNI wealth clients.

This role holds end-to-end ownership of the PMS book, designing and executing investment portfolios centered around Mutual Funds, ETFs, and Bonds while implementing the overarching PMS risk management framework.

Key Responsibilities

- Portfolio Strategy & Execution: Ideate, construct, and actively manage Multi-Asset PMS model portfolios tailored to different HNI client risk profiles across Mutual Funds, ETFs, and Bonds.
- Asset Allocation & Rebalancing: Execute buy/sell decisions, monitor overall performance, and continuously rebalance equity, debt, and hybrid portfolios to meet client mandates.
- Risk Framework: Design and implement the complete PMS Risk Management Framework from scratch.
- Client & RM Engagement: Participate in client portfolio reviews, provide regular market commentary, explain performance attribution, and support Relationship Managers (RMs) with investment rationale.

Candidate Requirements & Experience Breakdown

- Total Work Experience: 10 to 18 years.
- Domain-Specific Experience: 10+ years of active, hands-on experience in Fund Management, PMS, AMC,



or Wealth Management desks.
- Research & Product Expertise: Deep exposure to Equity & Debt research along with robust hands-on product knowledge of PMS, AIF, Mutual Funds, Bonds, ETFs, and proprietary investing.
- Education: Graduate (Minimum requirement). Professional certifications (CFA, CA, MBA) are preferred.
- Notice Period: Max 25 days (Immediate joiners strongly preferred).

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹4,500,000.00 per year
